Our Mission

Un Mundo is a comprehensive development organization designed to promote dignity, community, and self-sufficiency while facilitating access to health care, education, and livable wages in marginalized rural Honduran communities. Our efforts are premised on understanding underdevelopment as a product of history, in terms of the conquest and colonization, rather than as a product of racial inferiority, spiritual depravity, or territorial poverty.
