Cangrejal Special Education Project is a community-lead initiative to increase access to education and healthcare to individuals with various mental and physical disabilities living in the Cangrejal Valley.  The project currently includes scholarships for disabled children allowing them to attend school in the nearby city of La Ceiba.

Viva La Partera (Long-Live the Midwife) Project is a support network intended to increase access to improved healthcare services for women and children by strengthing natural healing practices in the region.

Water Connections is a project to support the local communities to design a  treated community-managed potable water system to serve over 1000 residents; strengthen local management of the watershed and any future water system; and resolve water pollution sources such as improved human and solid waste disposal.
